WHAT SHOULD I WEAR TO CLASS?

Leggings and a top will be most comfortable!

ANY REQUIREMENTS FOR CLASS?

Yes, we require that everyone wears grip socks for class. We sell them at the studio but you’re welcome to bring or purchase your own from elsewhere.

WHAT IF I NEED TO CANCEL A CLASS?

If you need to cancel a class 12 hours or more before class, please cancel online or in the app. If you cancel less that 12 hours before the class a $5 no show fee may be charged. If you need to cancel less than 12 hours before class text or email us and exceptions may be made! hello@sculptpilatestn.com (423) 458-2314.

WHAT IF I DON’T SHOW UP TO A CLASS?

No shows are subject to a $10 no show fee. If you need to cancel a class last minute please call or text us as exceptions to all fees may be made on a case by case basis. hello@sculptpilatestn.com (423) 458-2314

MEMBERSHIP CANCELATION POLICY

Memberships can be canceled and require a 30 day notice in advance. Please email hello@sculptpilatestn.com with your cancelation reason. For example: if your billing date is the 27th day of the month and you cancel on the 28th day you will be charged your last payment on the 27th day of the next month.

NEED TO PAUSE YOUR MEMBERSHIP?

Memberships can be canceled for one full month at a time. Please email us with your pause reason to process your membership pause at hello@sculptpilatestn.com
