REFORMER CLASSES
FUNDAMENTALS
Our Fundamentals class is perfect for all beginners. This class is designed to lengthen, align and sculpt. In Fundamentals, we take time to focus on technique and breathing. You’ll leave feeling connected within your body and relaxed within your mind.
FULL BODY REFORM
Our signature Full Body Reform class is designed to build strength, endurance, and coordination. This is an all levels class that offers a full body workout combining classical Pilates movements with an athletic approach. We recommend taking at least one or more Fundamentals classes before taking this class.
ADVANCED REFORMER
Develop a deeper understanding of Pilates while challenging your body and mind with our Advanced Reformer class, offering more progressions and a faster paced workout. Less time is spent on explanation so the class flows more with less breaks and rest. This is a challenging class for advanced Pilates clients and is not recommended for beginners or pregnant women. Prior Pilates experience is required.
SCULPT & SWEAT
This high intensity, low impact class will challenge your endurance, coordination, and strength. Sculpt & Sweat classes use a Jumpboard on the reformer to add cardio to our full body reform class. As your heart rate increases as you jump, you’ll learn to breathe through the movement creating efficiency within muscle endurance and correct core activation.
STRETCH & REFRESH
A moment to let go, reset and refresh your body. This class offers stretches to improve your posture, flexibility, and blood flow while relieving muscle pain, tension and mental stress. Flow through our full body stretch & refresh to feel rejuvenated, relaxed and aligned.
